Conditions of Sale
You must be over 18 years of age to place an order. Matt Ottley or any employee administering any part of this website cannot be held responsible for persons under the age of 18 placing orders.
Delivery and Processing
Goods ordered will be dispatched within 7 days but if items are out of stock it may take longer and we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
If items ordered are out of stock and need to be ordered in, we will endeavor to deliver them within 21 days. If we cannot deliver within 21 days we will contact you and offer the option of:
a) Proceeding with your order on backorder, or
b) A refund of the purchase price of the goods.
Replacement Policy
If you receive damaged or faulty goods, we will replace them under the following conditions
1 The damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of you receiving them.
2 Goods must be returned with the invoice you received with them to PO Box 109 Fremantle 6959 WA, Australia.
Please choose carefully as items other than original artworks will only be replaced with the same product. No money will be refunded.
In the case of damaged original artworks:
All care will be taken in the packing and transportation of original artworks, but in the unlikely occurrence of artworks being received in a damaged condition, the artwork/s must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, including transportation costs.
Pricing
Prices are in Australian Dollars and include the Goods and Services Tax (GST). Delivery costs are calculated on current standard rates.
