In October I attended the Hong Kong International Literary Festival where pianist Alf Demasi and I performed the music I composed for “The Incredible Freedom Machines” (written by Kirli Saunders) and “Tree” (written by Danny Parker).
We also performed “Teacup” at the Asia Society, working with some very talented local musicians. I enjoyed making new connections and catching up with friends in the world of literature.
